Public Art: A Gift to the Street

In The Delta, public art isn’t just decoration—it’s a declaration. That beauty can be experienced every day… in your walk to work, as part of your evening dinner experience, or even as a surprise as a guest in our city.

In our neighborhood, which only currently covers a two-block span, every building in our development will offer what we refer to as “A gift to the street”—a mural, a sculpture, an interactive public feature, or something unique that elevates the pedestrian experience. These pieces are placed in The Delta to spark joy, pride, reflection, and connection for residents, visitors, and even those just passing through the neighborhood.

We’re excited to share our latest installation: “Who Rescued Who” by artist Lorri Acott—a heartfelt sculpture now welcoming guests at the entrance of The Clark building on the corner of Clark Street & Jackson Blvd., as well as the future Leasing Office for The Delta. It’s a tribute to the bonds we form with our furry friends and the stories we share as pet lovers. For anyone who has ever loved a dog.

Come walk The Delta. As we continue to build out the neighborhood, you’ll find public art or experience something beautiful around every corner—and we hope you walk away happy and inspired.

Creating places people love starts with thoughtful details. In The Delta, we believe art can be one of the most powerful ways to say: you belong here.
